Holiday rentals with beach access in La Marsa

Great host! The place was beautiful and felt like home.

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

Great location and just as described. Beautifully furnished. I recommend meeting the host of possible. I did not, and it was a little difficult to find, but not impossible. Check ininstructions were clear. Be aware that the unit is on the 4th floor, which provided for nice views. Having the rooftop terrace one flight up was very nice. Mohammed was very responsive. The only downside is something banged loudly when it got windy. But I would stay there again without hesitation.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement. Je recommande il est idéalement placé zone calme mais très proche des commodités. Les hôtes sont adorables, toujours disponibles, sont très attentives aux différents besoins. Coup de cœur. L’appartement est très agréable à vivre, le mobilier est bien, cuisine fonctionnelle, douche très bien. Si il faut peut être trouvé un petit défaut ce serait un petit manque de luminosité ( période d hiver ) mais du aux fenêtres teintées qui permettent d être bien isolés de la rue. Vous aurez une carte de stationnement pour la voiture si vous en louez/avez une ce qui est très arrangeant pour cette zone !

I have stayed here many times and have always been happy with my stay. The apartment is close to the ocean, as well as the market and several restaurants. Host is very responsive, the unit was very clean. I would highly recommend it.

Notre séjour d’une semaine était magnifique. Malik et ses parents sont des hôtes super accueillants et aux petits soins ! C’est vraiment un plaisir et un régal de profiter de toutes les commodités à disposition. Un vrai havre de paix.

La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

Youssef nous a proposé de nous récupérer à l'aéroport, et a été de bons conseils durant tout le trajet. C'est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est très proche des commerces et de la gare de Marsa plage, qui permet de rejoindre facilement Carthage et Sidi Bou Said. ( Des travaux sur la voie rendent l'accès à Tunis beaucoup moins facile en ce moment) Nous recommandons ce logement

Comment ne pas mettre 5 étoiles à Yousri ! Yousri m'a accueillie avec une grande gentillesse et générosité, n'hésitant pas à passer du temps avec moi pour mon premier séjour en Tunisie. C'est un hôte très agréable, prévenant, très réactif, se souciant du confort et du bien-être de ses locataires. La petite maison est très agréable, propre, calme, j'ai pu m'y reposer avec tranquilité tout au long de mon séjour à La Marsa. Mention spéciale pour la cour de la maison et sa tortue (qui adore la salade !). Beaucoup de commerces à proximité: restaurants, épiceries, change, snacks... La plage et la corniche de La Marsa sont à 10 mn à pied environ, c'est très facile d'accès. Je ne peux que recommander de loger chez Yousri, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Un immense merci à ce couple formidable qui nous a accueillis avec tant de gentillesse à La Marsa. Ils nous ont laissé leur appartement entier, très propre, lumineux et baigné de soleil — un vrai havre de paix. Leur disponibilité et leur aide ont vraiment fait la différence, ils ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. On s’est senties comme chez nous. Encore merci pour votre générosité et votre accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

Great walkable spot to parks and restaurants and less than a 20 minute walk to the beach. The place was really nice!

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Sofiane, la maison est bien propre. L’endroit est sécurisé rien à dire la maison est bien chauffée. Sofiane, un hôte très gentil, il est toujours là en cas de besoin, je recommande fortement la maison

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Lara’s place, her apartment was as described on Airbnb; a comfortable space in a secure building and nice neighbourhood. La Marsa was fun to explore with its proximity to the beach, coffee shops, grocery stores. Lara was easy to reach and always very responsive; a pleasure to interact with. I would come back!

Pobyt w apartamencie to była prawdziwa przyjemnosc. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, wygodne sofy pozwalały sie zrelaksowac wieczorem, przy filmie, jak we wlasnym domu. Własciciele sa niezwykle pomocni i uczynni. Miejsce jest bardzo prywatne, w cichej okolicy. Polecam w 101% Dziękuje Wam za wszystko :)

je recommande à 100%. apparemment très confortable, calme, litterie impeccable. très propre, limite en se sent chez soi. l'appartement centre de la marsa, tout est accessible a pied. une place de parking sous-sol. Farouk était très serviable et réactif à nos messages. merci beaucoup pour ce sens de service et d'accueil. Je reprendrai cet appartement à mon retour c'est sur. n'hésitez pas à chercher plus

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours dans ce logement à La Marsa. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le quartier est calme et agréable, tout en étant à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de La Marsa, Sidi bou said et Carthage . Je recommande vivement !
