Holiday rentals with a pool in La Paz Department

Everything is very good, as a suggestion to leave broom and mop to do grooming when the stay is for several days.

excellent service, very nice place and well equipped house, good service from the frritrion, only as a recommendation to clean before each stay the pool since there are quite a few trees and it is full of leaves, but my family and I were super satisfied.

You get the whole place. It's in a secluded area, you have total privacy. While there are no options for restaurants, attractions, & shopping within walking distance, you can easily\safely grab public transportation & pay between Lps. 20-100 ($1-$5) to major cities such as Comayagua (15min), La Paz (15Min), Tegucigalpa (1Hr)-recommend traveling during the day only if you’re using public transportation in Honduras. If you’re using your own transportation, this place allows you to travel anywhere at any time. Private security is provided at nighttime. It is within 5-10 minutes of the airport (XPL). If you’d want transportation, please talk to host prior to arrival; they’re very responsive & accommodating. Enjoy the pool & bar area. All amenities are rustic-looking but functional. This place is run by a not-for-profit, APUFRAM, which provides boarding & school for families in extreme poverty. I’d recommend asking the host for a tour of their facilities in El Conejo, La Villa & Flores.

Fernando's place was great! The house was nice, and it was very easy to find, which was a big plus. I highly recommend booking with him.

Excellent service and very beautiful place to share as a family

Everything was very nice, the people who welcomed us very friendly and helpful, the place if it matches what is shown in the photos, the only thing is that there is no signage in the place and it was difficult to find, as a recommendation they should put some type of sign or signage of the place.
