Located within world-renown Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic. It has a very open layout and minutes from the beach, golf, tennis, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite private and the resort is a gated community. NOTE: Property includes two staff that do housekeeping and cooking from 8:30a to 4p daily. Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.
