If there were 6 stars available I would have rated as 6 rather than 5 stars. The location and views are spectacular, sweeping views of the Coquimbo bay and fantastic sunsets. The indoor/outdoor architecture is gorgeous. The kitchen is gourmet class with excellent stainless cookware. The woodstove makes the spacious living area totally cozy. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. Nico, our hostess, was equally fantastic. She immediately dealt with any issue that arose and is prompt and effective in communication

For those of us living in the city and in constant noise and movement, this is the dream place to disconnect. Diana is a very good host, always attentive and willing to help. I would be happy to spend another vacation again!!

The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, residential, quiet, safe, in front of a square and close to commerce, everything clean and tidy, I highlight the quincho with grill and wood-fired outdoor oven next to the terrace.

excellent place, it's as described. It is very well located, a safe, quiet condominium and close to the main streets and highways, it also has supermarkets and shops nearby. The house is tidy, clean and warm bedding, the bathroom is large and it was clean. TV in its main hab, double and in the living room, fast WiFi. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Large patio, enclosed, with awning that covers the sun and rains, good lighting? there is grill girl but super useful. We took our puppies so it was great to have an enclosed patio. In the front of the house you can park, if they are cars, two cars can enter two cars or if there are no visiting parking lots in the condominium. Surely we will return.

Nice apartment, comfortable and with everything you need to spend one day in Coquimbo. It is necessary or advisable to drive because it is a little far from downtown.

Good location and beautiful clear oceanfront view. Very clean and well kept. 1 double bed and 2 beds of 1.5 beds. 2 Smart TV in double and living room with Direct TV and streaming access. Includes clean linens and bath towels, just bring beach towels. Huge pools outside and you can also book a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and quincho. The sea is across the street. From the sea to the pool is no more than 1 minute walking; and being right on the coast, there is a lot to see and walk as it is full of restaurants, fairs and activities for children and adults. Unique points against, although not serious, are the noise since on one side of the pool there is a restaurant with music until 00hrs (it is not strong, but it prevents quietly listening to the sea on the terrace) and it does not have a protective mesh for children on the balcony. Very friendly host, responds very quickly as well as the co-host.

Our stay was very quiet until the end, underto. cozy, clean, not hot despite giving it the sun in the afternoon, for sure; just give a tip to enable the apartment a little more with details such as: The kitchen, one more dish per person since it was necessary, there were no strainers for example that was needed at some point, the bathroom floor, etc. small details but our stay was wonderful.

Massiel was always very kind and answered all the doubts, the apartment is the same as the photos, clean, tidy and with the necessary, it has a great location and is very quiet, it also gave us ease at check-out time, we will definitely be back soon.

Excellent location, especially in this high season. We had easy access to main avenues and road. Apartment equal to the photographs and terrace much better than what was appreciated in them. I would definitely go back.
