Holiday rentals with a patio in La Verne

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay don’t get any better than this place close to the highway as well. Clean and quite neighborhood felt safe for sure and the gym pool area a PLUS

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Nicole was an excellent host. We stayed for a week, and it felt like home. The location is perfect in the LA area and Nicole was very responsive to our needs. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds, clean kitchen. Parking garage and laundry in unit is a plus! Would absolutely stay there again!

We had to leave our home for a few days and Elizabeth’s place provide there perfect, peaceful retreat! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot a short drive from downtown Pasadena! The place was truly spotless and we felt right at home!

Duane is a wonderful host and a good communicator. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. The apartment is in a well-established, quiet area.

Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

This house was beautiful, accessible, clean, and perfect for a group of 7 people. We especially enjoyed the back patio and easy parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Almost every morning we went for a walk to the local bakery to get fresh food. So beautiful! Ben was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We could hear people walk around upstairs during the night. But after texting Ben, it got better. He is very accommodating and easy to talk to.

This home is perfect for any type of business trips for a group. Amazing host and always quick to respond to any of our needs.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Great spot and good value for location. Street parking was a bit frustrating trying to find a spot but overall would stay here again

Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Lorraine’s airbnb is a quaint little studio in a nice location. The parking was very convenient and not having to worry about finding a spot was a huge weight off our shoulders. It was very easy to check in and communicate with Lorraine about any issues. I only had some minor issues with the shower water running hot and cold every few minutes (probably due to the building being an older construction) and the closet drawers were a bit dusty that I didn’t feel comfortable putting clothes away in there. Aside from this, I had a good overall experience and would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Long Beach area!

This place is fantastic, exceptionally clean, with lovely views of the water. Its prime location offers lots of nearby activities and attractions, with the convention center, shops, and restaurants all conveniently within walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

if your hesitant about booking. DONT. Just book it. Super fast to respond to any questions. Super Professional , this room has everything you will ever need and way MORE. The lighting in the room is amazing which you can control on the ipad. Kitchen is stacked , living area is cozy and comfy with an amazing skyline view of dtla. Best night of sleep I've gotten in a real long time. washer and dryer were handy as well. Also the parking is amazing. So secure you won't have to worry about anything.ive seen hotels in LA charge 60 a night alone just for parking. Great location. Many options too eat nearby. Convince store across the street. Yet the best part is the rooftop area. Amazing view of dtla of course. Huge Hotub. heated pool. Fire pit and barbecue pit. This was by far the best place to stay in LA. Will definitely be returning. 11/10

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more.
