The cottage is centrally located in Mellbystrand with walking distance to a nice beach, convenience store, restaurants, large shopping center and exercise trails.

Our guest house is located in a small village with about 50 people. It is a quiet and peaceful environment in the heart of nature. You have access to several hiking trails in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. Our water is of the best quality The guest house includes free parking and WiFi. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop in the village, so buy the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of SEK 100 per person. Please let us know the day before.

The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Guest house with amazing views close to nature

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Bath room with shower is on the first floor. Within 5km there is two lakes with beach, 15 min. drive to the sand beaches in Lahoms bay, close to forrests and naturparks. Approx 30 min. drive to Vallåsens skiing resort on Hallandsåsen. A travell bed for babies is avalible.
