It is a cottage that was completely renovated in 2019, very cozy, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, pantry/kitchen, laundry, living room and 2 balconies. It is 70 steps from the sand, on Praia da Tereza, located 8 km from the city of Laguna (SC). To get to the beach, take a ferry (beautiful ride). The beach has about 60 houses, without commerce, in a bay of about 300 meters, very clean and for those who like peace and catching waves. There are several beautiful tours to take nearby.
