The House is in the Middle Class Neighborhood in Vistamar Carolina ,remember is in the Middle Class Neighborhood ,with three completely INDEPENDENT apartments on your own entry and with their own parking spaces each. The house has a water cistern but no it does not have an electric plant ... it is between 5 to 10 minutes from the main airport. Close to tourist areas as Playa Isla Verde, Condado, El Viejo San Juan and shopping centers, 25 minutes from El Yunke rain forest and Fajardo.🙏🏼🤙🏼🇵🇷

Excellent apartment 12 minutes from the airport

We present an apartment near Luis Muñoz Marin SJU airport. Beaches about 15 minutes away: Alambique and Carolina Spa. Supermarket and cafeteria (5 min walk), very quiet community for work or rest after a day at the beach or sightseeing in our beautiful Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is 20 minutes away by car Our goal is to create a cozy atmosphere, so that our customers feel that our place and Puerto Rico is also their home.
