Very cosy stay at Gem Valley. Thank you for making us feel right at home despite the cold and foggy weather. Excellent location near Cat Cat village and just outside the main town. Hope to come back on sunnier days!

Fantastic, especially for the price. Ms. Tam was also extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave us food recommendations, booked the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, allowed us a late check out, offered more water and multiple cleans for the room. Absolutely nothing to criticise the place was great! Quiet at night, friendly people, two home stay dogs too, Moon and Toon 😁

Great stay, stunning views and peaceful space to stay. The breakfast is worth to pay and they have very good recommendations to visit. Special mention to Fade, who has been super helpful and made our stay better!

The stay with Jenny was so great. She even booked our sleeper bus going to and from hanoi-sapa. The place was on hilltop, perfect for group vacations and for a peaceful goodnight sleep far from the busy center. Although far from the busy center, the sapa station is walkable under 1 km. They also helped us with our bags/luggage. They gave us a tour cheaper than klook. Thank you, Jenny and Thung.

This Homestay is perfect for those trying to get out of busy sapa. It is a short walk from Cat Cat Tourist village (which is a bit overrated and very busy). The best thing about De’s homestay is the view from the rooms of Fansipan, amazing home cooked dinner and the trekking that De does. The trek took all day and was completly off the beaten track with a beautiful spot to swim and amazing views. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and great trekking! Just remember to bring bug repellent!
