This stone house is a charming space, great for a romantic getaway for two. Built from a ruin, the house has been recreated, retaining the spirit of the typical lava homes, but with the amenities of a lifestyle that is exquisite yet relaxed. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The open space you have is truly original, with two glass walls, from ceiling to floor (sliding glass doors). On the northern side you can enjoy the view of the island of São Jorge and the canal, to the left the majestic northern bays of the island and on the other side of the living room a different space, exclusive and private, where you can enjoy the sun or a romantic dinner, a stone barbecue and a cut cliff that allows you to see the various layers of lava formation in a small garden. This house is part of a small family owned resort, where there is a restaurant called Magma, a grocery store, a yoga room and an heated swimming pool. Amazing....

The Lima Sol house is a charming space, located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature and at night you hear the song of the "seagulls." The house has the amenities of a relaxed lifestyle. Open space bedroom/living room with double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. In a charming corner, you also have access to a barbecue area. In front are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area.

The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar.
