Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Dörfchen in den Bergen, sehr ruhig, mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer einerseits und auf das wirklich wunderschöne Bergpanorama andererseits. Es gibt einen große Balkon Richtung Meer und eine mega Dachterrasse. Sonnenanbeter kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber gut. Man sollte nur nicht dort sein, wenn die Temperaturen das Rekordtief zu unterbieten versuchen - denn dafür ist es nicht ausgelegt. Einzig überraschend sind die Verbrauchskosten, die noch zusätzlich anfallen. 65,- Euro für zwei Wochen Wasser und Strom sind nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Aber Elena ist eine sehr liebe und sich rührend kümmernde Gastgeberin.

Bien ubicado, cerca de un supermercado y no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad (a unos 15 minutos andando). Con parking propio y todo el equipamiento que se espera en una casa. Comunicación fluida y flexibilidad a la hora de cuadrar alguna cosa. Recomendable.

nous avons passé un très bon sejour chez Nephistos. Le centre de Nicosie est facilement accessible à pied et les bus au centre permettent de vous rendre sur les plages... Logement très propre, lit confortable et hôte agréable/reactif. je recommande

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό και πολύ άνετο για μια οικογενεια τεσσάρων ατόμων. Ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Είχε όλες τις παροχές που θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά, στην οποία αισθανόσουν ασφάλεια. Ότι απορία προέκυψε η βοήθεια της ήταν άμεση. Μας βοήθησε και σε μια εκδρομή που θέλαμε να οργανώσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Αν έρθουμε ξανά στην Λευκωσία σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε πάλι!!

Ev gayet temiz ve işlevseldi. Mobilyalar modern ve iyi durumdaydı. Yatak çarşafları ve havlular temizdi. İlerisi için bir mikrodalga fırın ve bir içme suyu damacanası tedarik edilirse ev çok daha konforlu olacaktır. Genel olarak mutlu ayrıldım, ileride tekrar tutmayı düşünebilirim. Teşekkürler.

The place is fantastic! From the time we checked in to the time we left, no problems what so ever! Lots of space, nice furnishings and two bathrooms! But what really stood out is the large balcony with a walkout from the living room and both bedrooms. The surrounding neighbourhood feels very safe. The only little glitch is the parking space. One has to be a very good driver to get in and out of it. But not to worry. Lots of parking spaces on the street, right outside the door.

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

Herşey çok güzeldi, çok konforlu çok huzurlu bi yer birazcık merkezden uzak onun dışında çok keyif aldık

Lefkoşa'da ana caddeye 50 mt markete 50mt Gönyeli çemberine çok yakın bu sayede ulaşımımız çok rahat oldu. Zeynep Hanım'ın ilgisi kibarlığı neredeyse her saatte ulaşıp sorularımızı yanıtlaması çok büyük artıydı. En önemlisi de evin temizliği hijyeni ve imkanları kendi evimiz gibi hissettik her anlamda, kaygısız tutabilirsiniz. Geniş bir ev yastık ve nevresimler çok temiz bizim en çok beğendiğimiz hijyenik olması oldu onun dışında da tek bir olumsuzluk dahi yaşamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum hiç düşünmeden tutabilirsiniz.

Bölge oldukça sakin ve güvenli. Ev görsellerdeki halinden çok daha geniş ve ferah. Araçla her yere ulaşım oldukça kolay. Evde ufak tefek eksikler olduğunda direk Mehmet Ali beye ulaştık; anında çözümler buldu. Kendisi oldukça ilgiliydi. Bir sonraki ziyaretlerimde yine orda kalacağım.

Konumu olsun ev sahibi olsun herşey mükemmeldi.Ev büyük,geniş ve inanılmaz bir bahçesi var.Kendine ait otoparkı var.Her yere çok yakın.Gelecek arkadaşlar düşünmeden gelebilirler.Çağın Bey ilgili ve esnekti.Teşekkür ederiz,tekrar gelirsek yine sizi tercih edeceğiz

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

Konum olarak gayet güzel bir noktadaydı. Evin tüm bölümleri tertemizdi. Şehir merkezine ve kafelere yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen bitişiğinde ufak bir marketten tüm alışverişinizi yapabiliyorsunuz. Gülcan hanım çok nazik ve tatlı bir hanımefendi. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Panagiota is really nice and kind. We arrived at a very late night and it was hard to find the house. She just showed up immediately to save us. The house is also impressive. Highly recommended!

En başından itibaren ilgili ve sevecen davranışlarından ötürü teşekkür ederim. Ne eksik ne fazla bize denilen herşey vardı. Ev temiz kullanışlı apartman sakinleri gayet kibar ve hoşgörülü idi. Yaşadığımız iki günlük deneyim boyunca keyifli ve rahattık. Tekrardan teşekkürler ve Kıbrıs’a bir daha yolumuz düşerse yine burada konaklamak isteriz.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

Daphne e George sono stati host davvero unici. Attenti alle nostre richieste e disponibili in qualsiasi momento della giornata. L’appartamento ha molta privacy e ciononostante si trova a due passi dai principali servizi (ristoranti, farmacie, minimarket, caffetterie, parrucchiere, lavanderia, estetica.. tutto nel raggio di un chilometro!). L’arredamento è ispirato a linee di design moderno e comfy. Il divano super comodo e ogni ambiente infonde tranquillità e relax. Abbiamo amato anche la piccola terrazza arredata che si affaccia sugli alberi del viale e dalla quale è possibile godersi il tepore delle giornate primaverili cipriote. Se potessi dare 10 stelle, le darei! Bravi!!!

El departamento de Marina es muy amplio, agradable y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se requiere para pasar una buena estadía. Las sugerencias que nos dejaron de restaurantes y café fueron muy buenas. Tuvimos algunas dificultades con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero ellas estuvieron atentas intentando ayudarnos. Si bien el departamento no es tan céntrico, puedes llegar al centro en unos 25 min a pie. Si se alojan aquí les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina que tiene variadas cosas ricas para comer.

Despo's apartment was amazing! The whole family felt great there, it was home away from home. I can't find nothing to complain about. Surely would stay there next time when we visit Nicosia. 10/10
