Very cozy Apartment with a lot of lovely details. Super close to the beach and the town. If you want to git to Santa Barbara the train station is also in walking distance!

We had a great time at Kathy’s! It was a super cute space and it was very walkable to lots of restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy outside, too!

Great beach house for the summer or just for a small little getaway very helpful the host is very nice. Place was great very clean and neat and easy checking in. everything went very smoothly. Recommend this for a weekend getaway or summer vacation home.

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

I was visiting a friend whose home began renovations, so we picked this space because of its location, living spaces, and aesthetic. I needed to work remotely from the East Coast so used the kitchen as my office. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, surrounded by a bunch of homes and hotels. It was a quick walk to the waterfront and the warf where we could watch sunsets on the beach. We needed to extend the stay and they were kind enough to give us a discount. Comparing options, the hotels nearby seemed cheaper but hidden resort fees made this the better option with significantly more space and a parking spot in the back. The bed was super comfy and the living room / kitchen were well equipped. The only issue was that when we arrived, the blinds to the patio that faces the street were broken. Melanie was responsive and sent someone to fix it but they didn't have replacement blinds, so we just kept them open. Great stay overall!

This home is in the perfect location. Only 2 blocks from a really cute downtown area with great restaurants. It is up a steep hill. But if you are in shape, or want to get in shape, you can easily walk the 2 blocks, another 2 blocks farther to walk to the public park on the ocean. The house is 2 stories with steep stairs to get to the main level. It is very private. You can not see any neighbors looking out the windows due to thick tree cover. There is a small apartment at the back. That neighbor was very friendly, but we only saw her a couple of times. We loved our stay and would come back again.
