Home in Leadville with views!

New home on 13 acres with incredible 360 degree views of Mt Massive, Mt Albert and many others - you have to see the view to believe it. Located on a paved and cleared country road that takes you right into historic downtown Leadville which is only three miles away. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one and a half bath, two family rooms, a full laundry, with plenty of space to spread out. Our house is located within a mile Turquoise Lake, the local golf and 10 minutes to Ski Cooper. Lic #2025-117

Sweet Retreat Historic Bungalow 1880's

This house is up to par with meeting the safe at home corona virus standards for cleaning. This great little turn of the century bungalow has it all. This home has recently been renovated to have all the upgraded amenities while still preserving that classic historical feel. One will have easy access to the home with a keypad code to come and go as they please. If you bring a dog there's a $25 pet fee per dog per day! Lake county license# 2025-03 if you plan on grilling, bring some charcoal.

If walls could talk, this home would have stories to tell! Originally operated as a brothel to serve the local mining community, this building is just about as old as CO's statehood.
