Stunning location. The road to the property is dirt, but pretty doable in a small SUV and the house manager would have always been available to shuttle us of needed. The house would be great for groups and our kids loved the games and hot tub. Host was extremely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend enough.

For me one of the best place to stay in barahona great location and safe neighborhood close to the malecon and all other facilities. Will stay again anytime and on top house was well decorated made you feel at home away from home BEST place to be honest.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so welcoming and kind. The whole place had a really good vibe. We were there during Semana Santa, and the hotel in the same complex was pretty full. It had almost a hostel feel to it with the shared kitchen and patio. It was still quiet and peaceful even with a fuller hotel, and we met a lot of really cool people. They were making a huge pot of habicuelas con dulce, and they brought us a big bowl of it when we mentioned how much we liked it. This is how friendly and hospitable the hosts are! The tiny house was set apart from the hotel and we had a lot of room for the four of us. The view was incredible from the upstairs bedroom/downstairs kitchen/shared pool area. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs in case of mobility issues. The complex felt very safe, and our hosts made us a delicious breakfast for a small fee. Some of our favorite beaches were within a 10-30 minute drive (San Rafael, Los Patos). We would definitely stay here again!!

This cozy studio was the perfect base for exploring the South, and the hosts made us feel safe and welcome from the start. The space was pristine—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring restful nights after our adventures. The wonderful family downstairs was beyond helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus, and the overall value for the price was unbeatable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and are already planning our next stay. It was an absolutely stunning place and one of the best options for you to stay if you wanted, peace and serenity away from people and to connect more with mother nature, everything was squeaky clean, and the house was more than accommodating and understanding and always open for communication.
