Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. The "Lac et Forêt" Loft is a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation that accommodates a maximum of 4 people in a bright, spacious and designer setting. Large bay windows open onto the forest and Lake Annecy and invite contemplation and relaxation. The proximity of the forest in front of the accommodation and the Ssemnoz forest ensures you a peaceful holiday away from the usual crowds of our beautiful city of Annecy.

We rent an apartment adjoining our house and fully independent. It has a living area. Modern and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, hood). We have set up two healthy and pleasant attic bedrooms, one after the other. One of them has a double bed. The other has two single beds. Modern bathroom. No neighbors and views of a green area. A few steps from the Swiss border, with free parking space.

The attic is ideally located in the heart of the old town in an ancient building close to all amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. There is a great bakery and a Bio market on the corner. It's a two-minute walk to the bus station "Ferney Marie." Bus F/64/66 goes to the Airport, Geneva, UN, and CERN. Beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Jura mountains.
