We can see lake and mountain from our home. The lot has ample parking for cars and boat/toys. The courtyard leads to the large pool area that is completely surrounded by rock wall & all gated. Pool area is lit for night swimming. It has a Reverse Osmosis system installed to refrigerator & ice maker.

A tranquil outdoor space features a saltwater pool with a built-in spa, surrounded by stone and tiles. A cozy firepit area is seen nearby, with comfortable seating positioned to enjoy the evening sky filled with warm sunset hues.
