Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.
