Guests have a private entrance and guest parking space. Guests have access to private dock next to the Lake to relax and enjoy sunsets. Two bicycles and 2 kayaks are available for guest use as well. The apt is close to the park, has a spectacular view of the Bay, is close restaurants, dining, shops and the beach. This is a queen studio apartment with a futon that could sleep another 2 people. Our newly built apartment has two bedrooms, a living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Walk out to a balcony that overlooks a private yard surrounded by woods, grill a steak on the Weber grill, walk to the beach for an evening swim, and come back and cook marshmallows around a cozy campfire.
