Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Lake Nicaragua

I feel like I'm part of the family already. Amazing staff, great breakfast, large room, near to all the activities and action in Granada. They hire out motorcycles so it is super easy to go explore the surrounding villages

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s, the location is less than a 5 minute scooter ride from town and great restaurants. We loved being able to rent the scooters right there, they made our exploring easy. Everyone there was helpful and kind. The pool is fantastic and they have a few games to play in the patio sitting area. Highly recommend staying at Cynthia’s!

Beautiful accommodation directly on the lagoon. The food was very good and highly recommended. Communication was also excellent. When we needed a taxi on the last day, it was taken care of immediately.

Beautiful place to stay and relax for a few days. The lake is stunning and you can take kayaks out at no extra cost. We enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and playing with the very friendly dogs that are around! Donaldo was very helpful and was always there to help with any questions. Only thing to watch out for with staying on the lake is that restaurants can close quite early in the evening (especially on Sunday), so make sure you don't accidently end up without dinner!

Worth the price for a stay with AC. Cynthia gave clear instructions and answered quickly when we booked her place last minute. The place is close enough to walk to town.

Much more beautiful than expected.. wonderful athmosphere in an incredible house with lovely people working there, beautiful rooms and bathrooms with flowers! We will definitely come back to this perfect place! Thank you very much!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tatiana's place and can only recommend it. The room was spacious and cozy, also the kitchen was very well equipped. Tatiana was a helpful host, communicating with her was consistently positive. It was also great that we could easily rent a scooter through them. But we liked the terrace with the view over the surrounding banana plantations and the two volcanoes of the island!

Great environment for lounging and relaxing, breakfast was good, overall felt good. But there are two things to improve: 1. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy when it was running 2. The location is not very convenient for backpackers, only suitable for self-driving, or suggesting that the hotel has a private motorcycle to receive tourists, it is close to the coast, but the slope is too big and extremely inconvenient.

Michael's place was perfect for myself and my family. The house was absolutely gorgoeous, and the view was incredible! Michael was extremely friendly and helpful, providing many helpful local recommdations for activities and transportation. Highly recommend Michael's place if you are visiting San Juan area.

We had a great time at Maria Mercedes' place. She was really helpful and welcoming and even got us some recommendations for Ometepe, which was our next stop. The only downside was the crazy heat in the rooms. However, there might be some rooms with AC as well

Thankful for the spectacular attention of her Host, she is a very charismatic person, smart and with a lot of projection. Highlighted the level of hospitality and kindness. Thanks to this experience, I would definitely come back to this special place.

One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at on the island. Noise from dogs and the church were to be expected and are mostly unavoidable on Ometepe. The patio and hammocks make it a relaxing stay also. Very very conveniently located to stores and restaurants and the port.

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous - beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the overall experience was amazing. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The host was very friendly and helped us with all of our travel questions and needs! Breakfast was exactly what we needed for a day of exploring the beautiful island of Ometepe!

The place is very nice, impeccable in cleanliness, excellent attention, highly recommended.

Although we stayed only one night, we had a great time, everything was clean and just as we imagined, the beach is very close to walk and the staff was very attentive, the breakfast was delicious, in general everything was great, one of the best places to stay in Guasacate without a doubt

Perfect place to relax and be around amazing people and nature!! Gaby + Dani are super happy to share and recommend local gems!! Great spot to relax and rest in a clean room and bathroom with artesanal soap. Gaby and Dany are really nice hosts. Best moment was meeting their visiting parrot 🦜. So close to one of my favorite beaches!

Amazing hosts, great conversation, great view, anything I requested even the most absurd things. Felt right at home will definitely be coming back.
