The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Our goal is to be sustainable on an acre & 1/2! We have 4 sheep 1 dog 2 cats and a bunch of chickens! The cabin is powered by solar enough for lights and cell phone charging.
