Mökkiin mahtuu nukkumaan 4-5 henkilöä ja lisäksi saunatuvassa on levitettävä vuodesohva.Mökin yläkertaan jyrkät portaat. Saunaan kantovesi järvestä, juomavesi tuotava(Joutsan kaupoissa täyttö mahdollisuus, kanistereita löytyy mökistä). Siisti Biolan ulkohuussi.Puulaveden äärellä, vesi tummaa mutta puhdasta. Laiturin päästä pääsee hyvin uimaan. Hyvä tie perille. Joutsan keskustaan 21 km. Vene käytössä.

Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (15.10-15.4).
