Private house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room, there is a fold-out sofa bed for two and a single bed( two children at different height) In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing trail 1.5km. Babysitting is also possible.

The house is located in the wonderful Dome of South Estonia, in close proximity to Karula National Park.

Historic farm property by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in a hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in a wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river

Grill- kaasa võtta süsi, muu olemas. Lastele mänguväljak, batuut, kiigud, trosslaskumine, mängumaja, hoov jooksmiseks. Meil on väike koer, miniküülik, kanad. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.
