Holiday rentals in Lake Prespa

A super clean apartment. We were very satisfied and felt comfortable. Shopping facilities are within a short distance. Erinda is very friendly and responds quickly.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Incredible penthouse with stunning views! Pictures are exactly the same. Excellent communication with Barend, he was proactive to always help if needed and responsive. Fast WiFi for remote working. Perfect for long stays- they HAVE EVERYTHING from cooking to linens- it’s top notch! Restaurants, grocery store, beach, and gym, are literally out the door. Very friendly neighbors too, I made a lot of friends! Highly recommend Valbona Apartments!

I was very happy with my stay. Everything was more than great. I met the lovely Host and she was very friendly, thoughtful, flexible, kind and funny!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Very friendly hosts!! Great value for money and very close to the beach!

Very light, tidy and quite spacious apartment in a new house. Floor windows, great views from the balcony. Completely stocked even for long term stays. Host Marina is a pleasant person in communication, skillfully combining unobtrusiveness and willingness to quickly resolve all issues. The location is great - a walking distance to the promenade, a good supermarket, a bakery. We especially recommend Dot Com, which includes a restaurant, co-working space, organizing game and educational events. Take into account that all shops, except bakeries, are closed on Sundays.

Viola was a wonderful host - flexible for the check in, responsive by text, she also gave us recommendations and tips during our stay. We loved the apartment, located on the beach, with free parking. Down the building there is also a small supermarket - very useful to not have to take the car again to go grocery shopping. Overall, I would recommend this place 100%.
