Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Popular fishing lake with several places where you can dock a boat. Child-friendly area with playground and shallow sandy beaches. The cottage is located about 100 meters from the water with lake views.

Swimming, fishing, boat trip, ski skating, hiking around on trails or in the forest near the house. Picking berries or mushrooms. Cross-country skiing/hiking for longer trip (about 25 minutes drive) at Gyllbergen, Romme Alpin for downhill skiing or other excursions in Dalarna . This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
