The park & river has concerts, water activities, bike paths available throughout the seasons. All just a few feet away from this clean & secure condo complex. Safe! 5 min. drive to events, casinos, airport, restaurants, bars, the River Walk and shopping. 30-min to great skiing and beautiful Lake Tahoe. Easy access to US-395 and I-80 Freeways and Reno Tahoe International Airport. Scenic Virginia lake is a 5-min walk away. (Sorry no animals as I am deathly allergic).

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

Close to fine dining in Tahoe City and walkable to the lake, dining and grocery stores, bike path located just across the street. Off-street parking space in front of the unit included.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
