The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne, it is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountain Rigi. The flat includes a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom and a double bed (160x200). The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.
