The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and a good kitchen with everything for cooking. Taxi is easy to the city center and scenery spots. Highly recommended!

Great apartment! Super good internet, very clean, nice bed. Large and modern. Nice communication. And as a bonus very sweet dogs! This is the place if you want to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Thamel.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing

Amrit is the main reason for the high ratings he receives from his guests including us. . He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off. One particular flight had been delayed late into the evening yet Amrit insisted on picking us up. These gestures make all the difference. He was always responsive to our needs...goes the extra mile. The apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of facilities and location. The complex has a functional gym and a swimming pool which is not heated. Would be very happy to stay again and indeed we are hoping to return with family in the not too distant future..

This is my home away from home. Hidden gem amongst the busy, vibrant streets of Kathmandu. Might be my favorite spot to be in the world. This house guarantees excellent service and quality for the price. Communication with the host is very quick, and a grocery mart is also located a 5-minute walk away.
