Hi Guys, this is a beautiful, spacious home styled in traditional British design with parking. Central London is only a few stops away (via “Clapham North” tube station 2 min walk) and overground train station for airport. Next to cafes, bars, restaurants, a huge park 5 minutes walk and a large, welcoming LGBT community 🏳️‍🌈. Apt has private balcony, 85” TV, luxury sofa, 2 bedrooms, luxury bedding and a boutique hotel vibe. Check in and out times are very flexible on request.

It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

In a lovely conservation area, our newly refurbished flat is a perfect, convenient base for visitors to London. We live upstairs: but the flat is self-contained. Carpeted throughout, with a bright,airy bedroom, generous living area and own patio, it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Local shops 2 mins away on the S Lambeth Rd, with an award-winning pub/restaurant at the street corner, by a bus stop for Victoria, Westminster etc. Nine Elms Zone1 Tube station, 10 mins.
