The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

On the property, there is a private shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage itself is decorated as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds, which are best suited for children. At Bognæs, there is a very special atmosphere and you will completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters altitude on a beautifully planted and sunlit plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong falls silent when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with a coffee table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
