As comfortable as this floor is, our rooftop is the place to be! You'll have a 360 view of the village, the ocean and the sand dunes behind Shela, including amazing sunsets and sunrises. A specious one bedroom apartment with a private kitchen, bathroom and living room. The upper terrace looks over Sheila’s graceful rooftops to the sea and is shared but rarely crowded. Pumbao House is a stunning villa located 2 minutes away from the beach in the beautiful village of Shela, Lamu Island, Kenya. It features a private swimming pool with a fountain in a cool and shady yard and breathtaking sea views from the upper terrace. Pumbao House can welcome up to ten people with its 5 bedrooms. The stewards Mickael and Rehema & the cook Mwembe will welcome you, cook delicious dishes, keep the house clean and do your laundry.
