What a fabulous stay! From the moment we got there Sadie and Amos made us feel at home. Both are extremely very nice and kind! They truly make you feel like family, are extremely responsive, and will make you feel cared for. Everyone should stay here! The place is so homey and very comfortable. Its incredibly clean, and they have supplied everything you could want during your stay. We stayed for a week, and we would love to come back again! We also loved playing with the pets.

Beautiful property to walk around take in the scenery and relax. The fenced animals on the property were a added bonus. The accommodations were neat and tidy. Juana was quick to respond to tell us were the extra towels are stored when we could not find them. This is our 2nd stay there and will return again for sure.

Staying at the loft was a pleasure. The location was perfect. The loft was extremely clean, cozy and the property is beautiful. Karl, Kelly and their children were so friendly. Their dog Juniper is a sweetheart. We loved our stay so much, we booked our next stay before we left. Thank you for a great experience in the most beautiful area of Pennsylvania. A great place to stay for a weekend of basketball at spookynook. It was conveniently located, clean, cozy and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by hosts and their animals. We loved feeding the horse!

The place was very spacious, clean and good parking. Very close to Lititz Main Street which was really quaint and beautiful!

The place was spotless and very quiet--everything looked brand-new. Heard a great horned owl in the woods when we took the dogs out before bed, then we all slept deeply. Omar and his family are lovely hosts.

We also stayed in the guest house during our time at Hilltop Manor, and it was just as peaceful and inviting. Cozy, private, and beautifully maintained—it offered the perfect space for overflow or quiet time away. A lovely extension of the main home, and we’re so grateful for both spaces!

We traveled with my in-laws and needed space for all 5 of us. We loved this house with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms all on one floor. Parking and unloading was easy, lighting was good coming in at night. We enjoyed the location and were close to everything we needed while visiting Lancaster County. My daughter loved seeing the horse and buggy go by her window in the morning!

Awesome place for a couple or small family. very close to gas stations and stores but in the woods so you have privacy and feel very comfortable at a clean place. would recommend

It was a cute little spot. Comfortable for my husband and our little dog. Lots of space for walking our dog in the morning. Right across the sight and sound theater!!

Your place was amazing! It’s super quiet and peaceful. There was someone staying in the next room but still was relaxing. Came here to have a stress free little time away from work and this place did the trick. The bed is so good! I had a good nights rest I have not had that in days. Our stay was very restful after celebrating our son's wedding the previous weekend in VA. The area was beautiful and the home was very quiet and calming. It's location was perfect to finally visit the Green Dragon (been trying to get there for years!) as well as commute to Lititz and our extended family. Paget was very helpful and responsive. Being dog friendly is always greatly appreciated. We absolutely plan to visit again.

Very clean and comfortable stay for me and my two fur babies. Herlie was very communicative and friendly for checking in and provided local recommendations, super close to downtown. The space was clean, spacious living and sleeping area, with a large kitchen for convenient cooking. We had an amazing stay!

We had an amazing weekend. The serene location and amenities were perfect (3 adults and one child). We loved the farm animals (especially the friendly barn cats), the creek and all of the details/decor at the home. The beds were super comfortable and the house was equipped very thoughtfully with all of the essentials. You can tell the family cares about the experiences of their guests. We took a trip to Dutch Wonderland (17 minutes away) and the recommends for restaurants were spot on. We loved Agape, especially watching the baby goats while we ate our dinner. I highly recommend you stay here and we hope to come back in the future!

This was a perfect little spot for our weekend getaway in Lancaster. Loved being able to bring our dog, and we were grateful for the very clear instructions and descriptions of animal handling situation on the premises. Backyard so handy for walking dog late at night. Their dog was very friendly, and by following their instructions our two puppies never even met. We didn’t have a single hiccup. The location is really nice and convenient to practically everything in Lancaster. Hosts were responsive and it still felt very private in our “Guest” section. Off the street parking also really useful, even though parking in Lancaster is a breeze compared to Philly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
