Our home is close to, Ballentyne, Uptown, Quail Hollow Country Club, SouthPark, and Carolina Place Mall. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby too! Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

Our place is great for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, or small families. You will be staying in our walk out basement, we live upstairs. Our space is one bedroom, large living/kitchenette, laundry and spacious bathroom. Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center.
