Pebble Cottage at Lancing Beach

Light, bright and airy cottage located a 1 minute walk away from Lancing beach. The space provides the perfect seaside getaway, with plenty of local eateries and a train station nearby. From here, you can get a short train to Brighton or Hove. For the sportspersons out there, this beach is a renowned location for windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle-boarding, but is also perfect to relax on! The bedroom boasts a luxurious Super king bed, and downstairs there is a double sofa bed. We welcome pets.

16th Century Blacksmiths cottage

This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast.
