The south downs is close by offering some great walking.

She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

The Place

A self contained annex. The annex is attached to the house but completely separate. It consist of 1 bedroom, small hallway, bathroom and living room kitchen area combined. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.
