It has great decorations, a woodstove and infrared heater, amenities for work (wifi, computertable) and a kitchenette, The guest-bathroom (with bathtub) is in the main house and directly accessible from the garden. you'll be close to the city center and also to the beautiful countryside, with free parking in front of the house.

Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme.
