Cosy cabin with private beach

Cosy cabin in a child-friendly environment with its own private beach. The cabin is situated in a sheltered location next to the main house where we live. There are two rooms in the cabin. A room with a kitchen/living room and a loft with space for two, and a bedroom with two bunk beds, with space for four. In the kitchen, there is a fridge, a freezer and a cooker. Bathroom has a shower and toilet wash. There is a road to the cabin and parking. The property enjoys excellent sun exposure. On the beach, there is sun all day, and beautiful evening sun until the sun goes down.

The 110 square meter unit is centrally located by the lake, Color Line and consists of old wooden buildings. The guest house dates back to the late 1800s and was originally a home for shoemakers and servants in its time. The guest house is recently renovated and delicately decorated with three double bedrooms, and offers most of the facilities you need during a stay. Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. Shared access to private beach 2-3 min walk Hope you will enjoy this wonderful place as much as we do. . The house is centrally located and well equipped. Free parking at premises.

Kjærstranda is located about 1.2 km from the cabin, and there are beautiful cliffs about 500 m away. It was brand new in the summer of 2024 and contains everything you could wish for in a modern cabin. Being by the sea is great all year, not just in the summer!

Two great beaches are only 250 m away, so the bathing opportunities are many and easily accessible.

Here you can enjoy life in the sunshine, kayak while it is a short way to the summer resorts Nevlunghavn, Helgeroa and Stavern. Here you will find restaurants, concerts, art exhibitions and Svaberg.

The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.

The cabin has sun from early morning until late evening. Electricity included. Free use of Wi-Fi, courtesy Starlink. 65" TV with Google TV. The view over the fjord must be experienced. Enjoy it from the living room, kitchen, main bedroom, or the spacious covered terrace. The cabin is secluded and private, with ample open space towards the sea and a large pier (approximately 15sqm) belonging to the cabin, which can be freely used to enjoy the sunset or crab fishing.
