Sit on upstairs deck, relax and enjoy stunning views. The House is Close to beach about 50 meters and about 300 meters from Langebaan restaurants. The house has a real beach house feel and is close to beach with views of Lagoon. Fully equipped with indoor and outdoor braai area and small pool with large wooden deck. You are on a green belt with lagoon views uninterrupted by buildings There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enormous grounds , an enormous undercover patio with a large dining table, dresser and lots of seating. You may also use a large scullery, with a large fridge and additional appliances. Also the secure garage. The owners will be away over Christmas, so total privacy is guaranteed.
