There are cool mountain bike trails as well as forest trails and climbs for gravel/racers.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

A wilderness bath can be purchased for DKK 250 per time, which covers water, firewood and cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be purchased for DKK 50 per person.

The property is in a beautiful setting, with a sea view from the roof terrace. The property has been newly renovated and furnished in a unique style, with plenty of 'homemade art' on the walls. There is plenty of space for children, adults and pets to enjoy themselves, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a wilderness bath, trampoline, soccer goal, lots of toys for children and 2 large SmartTVs. There is a charger in the carport.

Enjoy the tranquility and nature in the house's large garden of 2500 km2 with several associated terraces as well as the look towards Faaborg, Horne and Faldsled. The grounds have uneven terrain and are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

My home is 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, tranquility, outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. 5 min (by car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.
