The house has a good ceiling height (2 m) and, as the only one in the street, a private parking space, which faces Skippergade, where the entrance through the south-facing courtyard is also located. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140 cm double bed and 1 with 180 cm double bed + bunk bed, possibility of extra guest bed. Dining room with plenty of space, large living room, small functional kitchen and extra toilet on the ground floor.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

My accommodation is located 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, the tranquility, the outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. For Electricity, DKK 4.5 per KWh is paid. Settled after departure, where it is also possible and buy cleaning (500 kr.) 5 min (car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.

A wilderness bath can be purchased for DKK 250 per time, which covers water, firewood and cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be purchased for DKK 50 per person.

Hosts speak English (fluently) as well as Danish (native). For rentals less than 4 nights there is a fee for usage of the outdoor hot tub.
