Only 60 steps from the door, you'll find yourself with your feet in the water on a south-facing sandy beach with a view of the Ristinge Klint nature reserve, with Ærø and Marstal in the background. The 2,500 m2 plot of land on which the holiday home stands goes right down to the water's edge. The house has 7 sleeping places in 3 separate rooms, divided into 2 master bedrooms (double beds) and the first floor of the house with alcoves with 1 double and 1 single bed.

Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

Botofte Skovhus – a sanctuary close to the forest and the beach

There are places where the pace naturally slows down. Botofte Skovhus is one of them. Here you live surrounded by nature and close to the beach (1.3 km) and the Øhavsstien trail – and with Rudkøbing, Tranekær and Lohals within a relatively short distance. The house has been lovingly renovated with bright rooms, high ceilings and calm materials and colours. The large windows let in nature and light, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere all year round.
