Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd. Det finns även laddare till elbilar hos grannen .

In the cottage there is a fully kitchenette with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and bathing on the beach, located about 50 meters away, you get down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 beds.

Newly built tiny house - perfect accommodation for those who want to access a home out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its few square meters, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a bed of 140 cm. Outside, there is also a separate balcony, private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravelled patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
