Accommodation is in a spacious 2 bedroom Victorian house, built in 1870. It is part of a courtyard with a 17th century farmhouse (where Bernard the host lives), a deli, smokehouse and award-winning seafood restaurant. The house is between the A78 road and the Fairlie moors, where you can find walking and cycling routes with outstanding views of the Clyde coast. Ferries to Arran / Millport / Dunoon / Rothsay are close by (Ardrossan 15 minutes drive, Largs 10 minutes). Licence number NA00037F.

The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

This former cotton mill workers cottage dating back to 1805 in the centre of Rothesay is the perfect location, offering the convenience of being in the town centre as well as being a base to explore the island and beyond. The property is cosy, well equipped and decorated to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. All pets are welcome. There is a log burning stove in the living room. There is ample parking outside the property. Travel cot and highchair available if required - please ask.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Just outside the Scottish National Park and 6mins walk from the sea is Cedarbank Studio's Yewtree Cottage. A one bedroomed cottage full of art. We have seven artists and they all offer lessons. There's a comfy bedroom with king-sized bed, and a sofa bed in the living area, making it the ideal space for couples or small families (pets welcome too!). There's a lovely shingle beach at the foot of the lane and miles of secluded forest walks and cycle rides on the doorstep - the perfect base to escape the crowds and enjoy the beautiful west coast of Scotland.
