Apartment holiday rentals in Larnaca

Well we'll start with that there was the sweetest welcome there is she came with her little dog and I'm a dog freak 🐶 she was so nice and kind and explained to me all the operation of the house and said that everything she was available I was there for 2 nights and I could stay longer if it was up to me for sure I would come back I wholeheartedly recommend❤️

Dmitris is super friendly, helpful and communicative. Place is very nice, well equipped and close to the beach, playground and a nice promenade. apartment is cosy and comfy and the view from the balcony is very nice as well. very recommended. - is in a village so having a car is a must

Really great place. High floor with balcony. Large, spacious apartment. Several pots in the kitchen in satisfactory condition. Large, clean bathroom. Brilliant location - right next to the sw church. Lazarus. Near the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with large pool. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Not far from the beaches and especially Ayia Napa. If we revisit this area, we'll come back to Salim's:) Thank You

We absolutely loved our stay. Ana was so incredibly kind and responsive, and was available for anything that we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. It is worth it for that alone, Larnaca is such a walkable area. The only very minor complaint is the living room area gets very hot, granted our stay was in the middle of July, but there is only AC in the bedroom. However, Ana was gracious enough to get us a fan and it made for a much better experience. We absolutely would stay again and cannot say enough good things about Ana’s hospitality and wonderful flat.

I really liked the accommodation. It was clean and modernly furnished. The balcony is particularly beautiful. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center, which is ok. The only thing that could be noted was that larger bins would be better. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

My stay was excellent. Everything was very clean and well-organized. The apartment is in good condition overall, and the location is great with a beautiful view. It has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful time in Larnaca.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. It is located only 5 walking minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. As well, a bus stop and grocery shopping possibilities were close. We especially appreciated how nice the host is. She always responded quickly and was very engaged to make our stay good, which it was. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay – An Experience to Remember! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the small details (coffee, tea, essentials) made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for any questions or needs.

Exellent apartment for reasonable price! Clean, well-equiped and nice. Just let me notice that it's hard to get anywhere from this district without a car.

Renting the property from Sue & Tim was a blessing. We had a great time and relaxing at the pool was amazing. Communication with the host was great and they were very friendly. Would recommend it to others and also we would go back and rent the same property again :) !

The apartment was beautiful and spacious for my big family and friends.Everything was wonderful. Swimming pool was very nice . And the location was very quiet and clean! Walking to the beach was around 15 min or even less. Thank you Cecilia !

This is our second time staying at Dominika’s apartment. It is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious, great location for visiting resorts in Cyprus and situated in a lovely village.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.
