The living room and kitchen have access to the terrace. On the terrace there is a gas grill, long table with 10 chairs, sofa group and evening sun until approx. 10 pm. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a single bed. Spacious basement living room, bathroom and laundry room. Pool + trampoline. 6 beds + sofa and inflatable mattresses. No partying and quiet hours at 11 pm.

Kun 2 km utenfor Stavern sentrum er det laget et hyttefelt som heter Jahrehagen. Her har vi bygd en hytte som var ferdig i juni 2020. Hytta har 4 soverom, 2 bad med dusj, stue, kjøkken og loftstue. Ute har det to store terrasser med tilhørende gressplen. Hytta ligger helt inntil fellesområdet, hvor det er satt opp volleyballbane, cageball, minigolf og stor lekeplass for de yngste. The house is fully furnished and has a big garden that kids can play outside. It is possible to charge electric car with extra costs.
