Lovely little house close to the city center

Unique little house with immediate proximity to Sandefjord city center. Here you are only minutes away from all city amenities. The house is newly renovated and has all the amenities that make your stay easy. The house does not have its own bedroom, but a very good sofa bed in the living room that quickly turns into a bed in the evening. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking on the property means that you avoid any stress with street parking.

There is also a bedroom above the garage with a double bed, as well as a toilet with sink.» This room can be rented in addition for NOK 125 per person (up to 2 people) The house has a large deck with seating for 5 people and dining area for 6. On the front of the house there is a large balcony.
