Spread over 3 floors: ground floor (first floor), internal and external barbecue area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, utility room; first floor (living-dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom); second floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees, so there may be some leaves in it.

To access the house, you have to climb a staircase from the car park, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.
