The house is located a few blocks from Plaza de Chacras, and in a residential area with several services. The entrance is on Medrano Street, through an automatic gate and an alley with an old tree that connects to the garden in the heart of the block. The house has warm spaces, a suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Scottish shower. Equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, mini-pool and good sound system. Quick access to the Wine Route, the Andes Mountains and the Mendoza River.

The house is located within a condominium. Not suitable for parties, farewells or events. Only for FAMILIES OR GROUP OF COUPLES Casa Manu is located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, in a safe and quiet area, it is a very nice and well-equipped house, it is in a place close to wineries and excellent restaurants. It has a barbecue, swimming pool, own garden and garage parking. Maximum two cars, (one inside the garage, the second on the sidewalk in front of the house).
