Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Świeżo wyremontowany apartament o powierzchni 54m2 posiada wszelkie udogodnienia aby pobyt był wyjątkowy i niezapomniany. Klimatyczne studio posiada aneks kuchenny, łazienkę z prysznicem oraz taras z częścią wypoczynkową i jacuzzi. The terrace in the bedroom faces South-West and the large terrace accessible from both the living room and the bedroom faces South-West and North-West. First line, excellent location close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex has swimming pools, coffee bar, 24h reception, hairdresser.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Includes 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a large TV and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. From the living room, access a private green courtyard with a dining area and a gas barbecue. The large pool near your house is always at your disposal.
