It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two downstairs with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with door and two others with full bathroom upstairs. The living room kitchen is integrated in a spacious environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose either sun or shade as well as breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

You have a small private patio with a grill, separate entrance, beach games, bedding, towels. There are also small welcome gifts for breakfast, mineral water.
