Irene's cottage is in an excellent location, minutes from Playa La Boca and Playa Amarilla. The condominium has spaces with vegetation and privileged views, it is safe and quiet. Ideal for appreciating not only the sound of the waves but also seeing them from the cottage terrace. It has all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. In addition to the mattresses and bedding adding extra comfort to the stay.

Super thoughtful everything. The apartment is really very nice and super equipped. The building itself is old and needs a bit of maintenance but the apartment really makes up for it. 10 points Danilo's attention

we pass a finde round , beautiful place, very comfortable depto, a fascinating sea view, well-maintained common areas and beautiful gardens, great friendliness in the concierge, Playa los lilenes suitable for bathing , ideal to have a temperate pool, x which we will return later

The view is amazing is literally at the front of the sea, good location to walk to wherever you want. All super close. The super spacious depto and the bathrooms with well-equipped showers. Excellent accommodation!

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

Everything spectacular, there was no need to disturb Marcelo during our stay, everything was well explained. congratulations

Great location, beautiful ocean view, very clean and well equipped. My good host responds quickly and always attentive. The only bad thing was finding the temperate pool and jacuzzi in maintenance.

This is a lovely one bed apartmentnwith a superb view. We spent most of our one-month stay in the balcony looking at the passes-by and beach activities at Las Conchitas beach. The team of consierges was helpful and friendly and the apartment is located a short walk from all grocerie stores, bakeries, drugstorrs, etc. Fully recomme ded.

We stayed for the weekend to surf, and the cabin is located absolutely perfect. It has everything and has a beautiful view. Dani was also very nice and the coordination with her was super easy, we'll be back!

Very comfortable and very well furnished apartment , all of good quality, bathrooms included., good water pressure. There is no need to bring anything but clothes. Well located, beautiful ocean view. Huge well furnished terrace. Two parking lots. Friendly concierge people. Leaving the building you are next to the beach and a coastal walk. Better than expected. There are good restaurants nearby. Excellent place, very comfortable apartment, fair space for 4 people, we also went with a baby and everything super. Very safe access, very good building facilities. Clear instructions and the owner responds in a timely manner to any questions. Very happy with our stay.

Although we are familiar with Concon and Vina del Mar, the security at the building and front desk personnel was very reassuring. It makes your satay and walks very pleasant, specially overlooking those beautiful ocean waves and colourful beach.
