We have an enhanced cleaning policy to ensure guest safety and peace of mind in the midst of uncertain times that includes: A top notch HEPA filter, spraying or wiping disinfectant on all surfaces and washing laundry with hot water and bleach. This is an eclectic and imaginative one bedroom cottage sanctuary with a front porch swing for watching east Austin mosey on by. Joyous comfort is to be had in the main bedroom with custom cathedral ceiling and tempurpedic bed. The bathroom features a walk in shower with custom tile and a clawfoot tub for all of your bathing dreams. There is an additional sleeping loft should you have a friend or two who would like to accompany you. City of Austin Operating License # 096563 This lot features a front house (all yours) and a back house that we stay at when we are in Austin. Please make yourself at home on the front and side porches but we ask that you give some privacy to the back yard immediately surrounding the back house. Thank you! I travel often but regularly stay in the back house on the property. I love getting to know guests and if our paths cross I look forward to talking with you. Central East Austin is a diverse and dynamic neighborhood that is just a few minutes from downtown and yet still quiet. In addition to offering of some of Austin's best restaurants and music venues, it also has important history to explore. In the last century, highway 35 was a tool of segregation, with east (of 35) Austin providing a rich community for African Americans. See how this history lives on through a plethora of old and new businesses is this burgeoning neighborhood! There is a parking spot that you are welcome to use directly in front of the house and there is also plenty of street parking with no permitting or street cleaning concerns. The closest B-Cycle station is a 15 minute walk away at Victory Grill on 11th St. Many of the 6th St restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk as well. If you would prefer not to walk, there are a selection of ride share services such as RideAustin (our favorite), Lyft, or Uber. The street has two names, Hamilton Ave and Richard Overton Ave. Depending on your map source you may see either one pop up. Richard Overton is the oldest living American and American World War II veteran at 112 years of age. He lives down the block where be bought a house after the war ended.

Sit out on the spacious and verdant terrace, ideal for a lush breakfast in the morning or cocktails and fine conversation in the evenings. The interior is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, featuring local paintings and artefacts. Enjoy working from home with high speed internet of up to 120MBPS I strive to make this place as comfortable as my own home, I love to have great quality linens, colorful spaces, beautiful plants and always great coffee. The place is spacious, with great sunlight and fresh air; great for just relaxing and getting to know the Mexico City way of life. Guests have full access to the apartment and everything in it. Also they can leave luggage in storage area after checkout. 90% of the time I will receive guests myself, also self check-in is available if preferred. (we have a 24hr doorman). I am always happy to suggest spots to visit or places to go to outside the city and how to get there. The neighborhood is very colorful. It has the perfect combination of liveliness and quiet nights for a good night's sleep. Mercado de Medellin is just around the corner for fresh fruit, vegetables, and grocery shopping. I would suggest getting around the neighborhood simply by walking; bus and subway stations to get downtown are very close. Also, there's a bike-share station outside the building. I love coffee! There will always be several coffee options in the apartment. Please keep in mind that other people and families live in the building. The terrace hours are from 9am to 10pm. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street and Parque Mexico.

Wonderful Jungle Villa (private pool)

This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!
